Job summary

HRTX is seeking an Operations Manager / Team Leader for our Healthcare Account in a dynamic BPO setting in the Philippines. You will oversee daily operations, ensure client SLAs, coach teams, and drive performance while maintaining patient data privacy and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Philippine Registered Nurse license, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and extensive BPO leadership experience (12+ years).

Qualifications

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• 35 years of BPO experience, including at least 12 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare processes such as medical billing, utilization management, insurance, or claims.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities
