Qualifications

• 3-5 years of BPO experience; healthcare or insurance preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills and coaching capability.
• Sharp attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ability to lead with professionalism, empathy, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop a high-performing team handling member and provider inquiries.
• Drive quality, compliance, productivity, CSAT, and efficiency.
• Handle escalations involving enrollment, billing, and regulated transactions.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. healthcare policies and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations for process improvements.
• Maintain daily and weekly performance reviews and operational dashboards.
