Job summary

Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead to build and run the operational engine behind our healthcare services. You will work closely with leadership to connect physician partners, practice staff, patients, and support teams in a growing organization.

The role focuses on creating scalable processes, SOPs, and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve outcomes. You will evolve from hands-on tasks to system-level operations as we scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, medical practice operations, program management, client success, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience owning processes and outcomes, not just tasks.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider coordination, documentation, and admin workflows.
• Ability to identify problems, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from agreement to launch, including referrals, scheduling, communication and billing workflows.
• Oversee patient journey from referral to outreach, scheduling, appointment and engagement.
• Coordinate with dietitians, exercise professionals, and staff to ensure availability and coverage.
• Monitor documentation, billing flow, and revenue-related information and resolve delays.
• Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy and accountability.
