Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) to serve as the first point of contact for potential support providers at our Eastwood office in Quezon City. You will guide onboarding, answer questions across phone, email, and SMS, and help providers get started with confidence and care.

You’ll collaborate with a passionate team to ensure a superior onboarding experience, maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, and uphold our commitment to quality, professionalism,

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication across phone, email, and SMS.
• Empathetic, proactive approach when helping providers.
• Strong multitasking with high attention to detail.
• Solution-focused with solid problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience in customer support or onboarding is a bonus.
• Familiarity with support provider or gig economy work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for potential providers across phone, email, and SMS, offering a warm welcome.
• Guide new providers through onboarding, ensuring tools and information are available for a successful start.
• Anticipate needs and proactively help providers take the next steps with clarity.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex provider situations and share insights.
• Manage shared queues (calls, emails, tasks in Salesforce) to help the team meet SLAs.
• Deliver service that reflects quality, professionalism, and inclusion.
• Accurately capture important details from interactions in Salesforce to keep operations smooth.
• Take part in additional tasks and projects supporting the mission and team growth.
