Job summary

Stealth Health Tech startup is seeking a Client Onboarding Implementation Lead to guide our Onboarding pod, manage complex client setups, and partner with the CEO and leadership to scale onboarding capabilities. You will own the end-to-end onboarding process for high-priority clients and drive cross-functional improvements in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in customer success or related roles.
• Strong leadership and mentoring ability.
• Proven ability to lead onboarding for complex clients.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Onboarding pod and oversee workflows.
• Act as escalation point for onboarding team and clients.
• Run kickoff calls with new clients to set expectations and timelines.
• Own onboarding for high-priority and complex clients.
• Identify and remove onboarding bottlenecks to accelerate scale.
• Build onboarding playbooks and systems for efficiency.
• Own cross-functional projects tied to onboarding with leadership.
• Support hiring and onboarding of new teammates in the pod.
• Develop team through mentorship and coaching.
• Inspire team with leadership, direction, and fast execution.
