Job summary

Stealth HealthTech Startup is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding from kickoff through launch, coordinating timelines, gathering required information, and ensuring milestones are completed accurately and on schedule.

You’ll work with Client Success, Compliance Ops, Partnerships, and BizOps to keep onboarding moving smoothly, set up new healthcare groups, and enable successful platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, Operations or related client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Operationally excellent with high daily output and precision.
• Strong attention to detail and track record of getting details right.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding of new healthcare organizations launching multi-state medical operations and coordinate regulatory filings.
• Manage onboarding timelines and milestones, ensuring progress and accountability.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, physicians, boards, payers, and stakeholders during onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding kickoff with Client Success Managers and gather required information and materials.
• Prepare and execute legal agreements and documentation with legal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain clear client communication via email and calls to keep onboarding on track.
