Job summary

Stealth Health Tech Startup seeks a Client Success Operations Specialist to help healthcare groups launch on our platform and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate onboarding tasks, physician matching where applicable, and documentation preparation while collaborating with multiple teams to resolve blockers.

You will manage client tickets, ensure timely responses, and research regulatory requirements to keep client work on track.

Qualifications

Experience in customer success or operations roles with strong problem solving and execution.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Operational excellence with high daily output and precision.
Strong attention to detail and good judgment in client work.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding tasks and documentation for new clients.
Manage incoming client tickets and requests, ensuring timely responses.
Collaborate with Client Success, Compliance Ops, Partnerships, and BizOps to move work forward.
Research regulatory requirements and internal processes to resolve issues.
Track multiple client tasks and deadlines to meet deliverables.
Maintain documentation and optimize internal workflows over time.
