Job summary

Ansible Health is seeking an Onboarding Specialist/CSR to join a fast-paced, startup environment. You will support patient onboarding, coordinate referrals, and assist clinical staff with data entry and records management, ensuring high-quality care delivery.

The role requires strong English communication, healthcare knowledge, and ability to work US EST hours in a remote offshore setup. Offshore, full-time position with good growth opportunities and structured performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field.
• 2+ years in customer service or healthcare setting.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, EMR, and standard office apps (Google Suite).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Typing speed of at least 60 wpm.
• Reliable internet and a quiet home office.
• Ability to work in US time zones (EST).

Responsibilities

• Customize initial discussions based on patient needs and explain program benefits.
• Handle inquiries via phone and email with prompt, accurate responses.
• Process and manage referrals with efficient conversion timelines.
• Enter clinical survey scores, diagnostics, RPM and RTM data streams.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and communicate care schedules.
• Manage inbound/outbound medical records and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain EMR records with care notes and patient information integrity.
• Attend clinical meetings, take notes, and track action items.
• Collaborate with physicians, engineers, designers, and care team members to improve care delivery.
• Resolve patient issues and complaints with professional communication.
• Meet daily call quotas (75–100 interactions) and comply with performance metrics.
