Job summary

Michael Page partners with a leading research-driven pharmaceutical company to hire an IT Support professional. You will provide timely hardware, software, and network support onsite and remotely, ensuring reliable operations across Asia.

You will manage IT hardware and infrastructure, onboard new staff, deploy updates, and document policies. A Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE and 4+ years of end-user support experience are required, along with strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE or a related field.
Minimum 4 years' experience in IT support or end-user support.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
Hands-on experience supporting Windows Server, Windows OS, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and MDM solutions.
Familiarity with network diagnostic tools and commands, including Ping, Nslookup, and PuTTY.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide timely IT support for hardware, software, and network issues onsite and remotely.
Manage and maintain IT hardware, systems, and infrastructure for performance and security.
Coordinate end-to-end IT onboarding for new employees (equipment, setup, accounts, training).
Monitor and apply system updates, patches, and maintenance.
Develop, maintain, and enforce IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
Support regional and global IT initiatives and technology rollouts.
Ensure reliable access to technology resources to support business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve IT service delivery.
