Caldwell Communications is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Healthcare Account in Quezon City for an onsite, full-time role. Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome; no BPO experience is required. Training is provided from Day 1, with a salary of up to 26,000 PHP monthly.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email, supporting appointments, coverage, and benefits while upholding privacy and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• No BPO or call center experience required.
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers welcome.

• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
• Assist with healthcare account and service concerns.
• Help with appointment, coverage, and benefits inquiries; provide accurate account information.
• Resolve concerns based on account procedures.
• Document customer interactions.
• Escalate complex concerns when necessary.
