Job summary

Legit.Health seeks a Technical Customer Success Specialist to own accounts end-to-end, manage onboarding to expansion with technical and commercial confidence.

You will lead complex integration conversations with client teams, defend integration decisions, and drive adoption of Legit.Health solutions while working closely with Sales and Product. Remote-first with international client base.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Project Management or Implementation role in a B2B SaaS or digital health company.
• Experience leading API integrations, endpoints, and data flows with client technical teams.
• Healthcare domain knowledge and understanding of clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of assigned accounts: onboarding, adoption, QBRs, renewal.
• Lead client meetings independently, including technically complex discussions on integrations and workflow design.
• Identify adoption risks and expansion opportunities before they are raised by the client.
