Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead scalable technical solutions during late-stage sales and onboarding for enterprise clients. You will own implementation, mentor engineers, and drive process improvements that enhance client success across strategic accounts.

In this remote-first role, you will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to meet client needs, deliver training, and create scalable enablement content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role within SaaS, onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise clients
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Deep experience with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP
• Advanced REST/SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting
• Strong Excel and HTML knowledge
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex client projects
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and prioritisation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience documenting processes and creating technical enablement materials
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for productivity
• Desired: Enterprise SaaS onboarding experience

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic clients
• Develop complex implementation plans and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery and support teams
• Own the technical implementation and optimisation of high-impact client projects
• Customize solutions to meet unique business requirements
• Serve as the primary technical contact for advanced issues related to software, data feeds, API integrations, and FTP
• Provide expert-level platform training and consultation to client stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to address needs
• Mentor junior client success engineers and share knowledge
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and client engagement
• Create technical enablement resources (webinars, videos, docs) for onboarding at scale
• Use AI for recurring deliverables and share effective prompts/workflows
