MicroSourcing in Cebu, Philippines seeks a Customer Success Specialist – Human-in-the-Loop (Healthcare AI) to monitor AI-driven interactions, verify accuracy and tone, and guide human intervention when needed. You will support patient scheduling, insurance updates, and AI workflow testing in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in patient-facing roles, exceptional English proficiency, and strong SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as healthcare administration or reception.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm, professional tone (U.S.-friendly).
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs and elevate issues when needed.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn and navigate healthcare platforms and systems.
• Full availability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review AI-generated calls and messages for accuracy and compliance.
• Intervene or escalate interactions to improve AI performance.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and insurance updates in a warm, empathetic manner.
• Test updated scripts and AI prompts prior to deployment and support client demonstrations.
• Navigate EHR, practice management, CRM, and AI-monitoring platforms to support patient intake and scheduling.
