Qualifications

• 6 to 9+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success within IT services or software.
• Proven mentoring or leadership of Account Managers or client-facing teams.
• Experience managing mid-market and SMB client portfolios.
• Understanding of account economics, revenue growth, margins, and cost optimization.
• Experience applying AI tools, analytics platforms, or productivity automations.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to converse with CTOs and senior business leaders.
• English proficiency of B2+ or higher.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Account Managers across Core and SMB tiers with clear communication frameworks.
• Stay involved in day-to-day ops and lead high-priority accounts during critical moments.
• Build trust and strategic alignment with technical stakeholders like CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
• Serve as primary escalation point to resolve client challenges and align with delivery teams.
• Design scalable operating models and leverage AI to drive reporting and insights.
