Job summary

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is seeking a Tech Delivery Manager to lead client relationships and delivery across Core and SMB accounts. You will own health metrics, profitability, escalation handling, and organic growth while mentoring Account Managers.

Qualifications

6 to 9+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success within IT services or software.
Proven mentoring or leadership of Account Managers or client-facing teams.
Experience managing mid-market and SMB client portfolios.
Understanding of account economics, revenue growth, margins, and cost optimization.
Experience applying AI tools, analytics platforms, or productivity automations.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern engineering practices.
Ability to converse with CTOs and senior business leaders.
English proficiency of B2+ or higher.

Responsibilities

Mentor Account Managers across Core and SMB tiers with clear communication frameworks.
Stay involved in day-to-day ops and lead high-priority accounts during critical moments.
Build trust and strategic alignment with technical stakeholders like CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
Serve as primary escalation point to resolve client challenges and align with delivery teams.
Design scalable operating models and leverage AI to drive reporting and insights.
