Job summary

AS White Global in the Philippines seeks an organized Administrative Assistant to coordinate workflows, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of client reports within a healthcare outsourcing environment.

You’ll handle high-volume submissions, support the Clinical QA team, and maintain documentation, invoicing, and regulatory records, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and strong client communications.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience in a healthcare outsourcing environment.
• Strong English communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling high-volume phone calls, emails, and client communications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process client submissions and ensure accurate documentation for clinical review.
• Manage high-volume client communications and provide report status updates.
• Coordinate with the Clinical QA team to track workflow and meet deadlines.
• Review reports for accuracy, quality, formatting, and compliance before delivery.
• Maintain documentation, records, trackers, and invoicing in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Support operations by resolving report issues, escalating concerns, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Time of 8:30am to 5:30pm (8:30pm – 5:30am PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement.
