Job summary

ASW Philippines is seeking a Clinical Quality Reviewer to join our global healthcare services team, focusing on independent medical exams, peer reviews, and compliance documentation.

You will review medical reports for completeness, update records across systems, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations while supporting audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Allied Health graduate or RN background is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medical reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update documentation across systems and databases.
• Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
• Identify, flag, and escalate documentation or compliance issues.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports and records.
• Support audits and preparation activities.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve QA concerns and improve processes.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure timely submission of required reports and records
• Support audits and preparation activities
• Collaborate with teams to resolve QA concerns and improve processes

Key Criteria

• Allied Health graduate or RN background is a plus but not required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in medical accounts involving clerical, admin, or documentation review
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong English communication skills; comfortable with calls and high-volume emails
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Standard hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM – 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
