Job summary

ASW Philippines is seeking a Clinical Quality Reviewer to join our medical review team in Manila. You will verify medical reports for completeness and accuracy, ensure documentation compliance, and support audits in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Allied Health or RN background (not strictly required) and at least 1 year of medical accounts experience, with strong English communication and solid MS Office skills. Onsite hours follow US Eastern time.

Qualifications

• Allied Health graduate or RN background preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in medical accounts involving clerical, admin, or documentation review.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medical reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update documentation across systems and databases.
• Handle inquiries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
• Identify, flag, and escalate documentation or compliance issues.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and records.
• Support audits and preparation activities.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve QA concerns and improve processes.

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig):US Eastern hours of 7.30am to 4.30pm (7.30pm top 4.30am PHT) with a full onsite model.
