Recruitify_HR is seeking Healthcare Customer Service Representatives in Metro Manila to support patient inquiries, insurance questions, and service-related concerns with accurate information and excellent service.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email, provide guidance on services and claims, and assist with form submissions and claim processing. Paid training covers healthcare systems and company processes, with shifts including nights and weekends.

Formación

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• Fluent English communication.
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Onsite availability in Metro Manila.
