Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Account) – Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services, benefits, and claims
• Assist members with inquiries on coverage, eligibility, billing, and provider information
• Verify patient and insurance details accurately in the system
• Process claims, requests, and updates in a timely manner
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve concerns
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies on data privacy
• Document all interactions clearly and accurately
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication
