Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee Total Rewards, HR Analytics, and Global Mobility, shaping competitive compensation programs and data-driven workforce decisions.

You will partner with business leaders to optimize costs, enhance employee experience, and support organizational growth through governance, dashboards, and predictive insights. Strong expertise in expatriate management and executive reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or Global Mobility.
• Strong expertise in compensation design and expatriate management.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting tools (Workday, Power BI, Tableau, SuccessFactors).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards, HR Analytics, and Global Mobility functions.
• Oversee salary benchmarking, annual merit reviews, and rewards governance.
• Drive initiatives to improve attraction, retention, and employee engagement.

Lead the organization's Total Rewards, HR Analytics, and Global Mobility functions to drive competitive rewards programs, data-driven workforce decisions, and effective expatriate management. Partner with business leaders to enhance employee experience, optimize workforce costs, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Total Rewards

• Lead compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs.
• Oversee salary benchmarking, annual merit reviews, and rewards governance.
• Drive initiatives to improve attraction, retention, and employee engagement.

HR Analytics & Workforce Planning

• Develop HR dashboards and executive reports covering attrition, headcount, productivity, engagement, and workforce costs.
• Provide workforce insights and predictive analytics to support business decisions.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational reviews, and personnel cost analysis.

Global Mobility & Expat Management

• Manage end-to-end expatriate lifecycle including relocation, compensation, immigration, payroll coordination, and repatriation.
• Ensure compliance with mobility, tax, and labor requirements.
• Oversee relationships with mobility, relocation, and immigration vendors.

Key Requirements:
