Job summary

Artelia Philippines seeks a Business Development Head to drive growth across Renewable Energy, Water & Environment, Port & Marine, Buildings, Retail Network, Industry, and Mobility sectors.

You will lead opportunities from identification to profitable project conversion, strengthen client relations, and collaborate with technical leaders to meet revenue targets in existing and emerging markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure, energy, or project management industries.
• 5+ years in business development or strategic growth functions.
• Proven success in winning major consultancy, engineering, EPCM, PMC, or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s business development strategy and annual growth plan.
• Identify new market opportunities and service offerings within target sectors.
• Establish strategic priorities, client targeting plans, and key account management programs.
• Coordinate proposal development, bid management, and tender submissions to ensure high-quality proposals.
• Lead executive-level client engagement and negotiations to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee market research, competitive intelligence, and partnerships to expand market presence.
• Coach and develop the business development team and set clear KPIs.
