• Five+ years leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth firms in BPO/outsourcing.
• Proven ability to initiate and grow C-level relationships within target organizations.
• Experience selling complex hybrid CX/BPO solutions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting and new logo acquisition targeting small and mid-market clients.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle with a consultative solution-selling approach.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, to secure new business.
• Own forecasting and pipeline management, driving aggressive growth targets.
• Ensure seamless handover of wins to delivery and maintain ongoing client relationships.
