Job summary

StoreHub is seeking a Business Consultant in Makati to identify high-value SME customers, pitch our SaaS platform, and close deals. You will work with a fast-moving team and have earning potential through a strong commission structure.

The role emphasizes building relationships, upselling, and delivering excellent service across Metro Manila, with onsite work in Makati and travel to client sites as needed. Prior B2B sales experience and CRM familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in lead generation, cold calls, and closing clients in fast sale cycles.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Prior experience and success in winning SME or F&B businesses is a plus.
• Familiarity using Salesforce, Aircall.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value customers: You'll be on the lookout for customers who can bring the most value to our organization.
• Pitching like a pro: You'll use your amazing communication skills to pitch our exciting value proposition and close deals like a champ.
• Building lasting relationships: You'll be the person our customers turn to when they need help or have questions. By building strong relationships, you'll generate more revenue and drive customer loyalty.
• Upselling and cross-selling: You'll be our customers' go-to person for all their needs. By identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, you'll generate even more revenue for our organization.
• Delivering exceptional service: You'll be coordinating with various departments to make sure our customers have a smooth and satisfying experience. By developing client-focused solutions, you'll improve customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
