Job summary

Aprio Philippines is seeking a Resource Manager to align workforce capacity and availability with engagement demand. You will own resource allocation, monitor utilization, forecast accuracy, and staffing risks while providing data-driven insights to leadership.

Responsibilities include staffing, capacity planning, cross-functional coordination, and leading recurring alignment meetings to optimize deployment across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in Tax or Audit resource management, workforce planning, or staffing.
• Experience with workforce management, scheduling tools, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources based on skills, availability, and engagement requirements.
• Partner with practice leaders and managers to balance workloads.
• Monitor capacity, utilization, forecast accuracy, and risks.
• Resolve staffing conflicts and manage schedule changes.
• Maintain accurate workforce plans and skill inventories.
• Lead resource alignment meetings and cross-pod staffing.
• Support adoption of workforce planning tools and reporting systems.
• Coordinate near-term and long-term staffing to meet client commitments.
