Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Workforce Management Manager or Head.
• Strong forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning background.
• Experience using Workforce Management tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the WFM team.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and forecasts based on data and demand trends.
• Monitor daily staffing and performance, making timely adjustments.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation to meet service levels and productivity targets.
• Analyze workforce data to generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Prepare and present staffing reports, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Improve WFM processes and optimize scheduling strategies.
• Ensure effective use of WFM tools and systems.
