Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Restaurant Systems Senior Manager to lead optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of restaurant management systems across stores and commissaries. The role oversees system enhancements, process standardization, inventory systems, and operational reporting to improve efficiency and performance.

The Senior Manager will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Procurement, and other units to ensure system reliability, scalability, and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8–12 years in restaurant systems, ops excellence, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience implementing RMS/ERP/ POS systems in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and continuous improvement of restaurant systems.
• Develop system strategies, processes and controls.
• Oversee configurations, integrations, testing and deployment.
• Drive standardization of processes and workflows across stores.
• Monitor inventory systems for data accuracy and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Procurement.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and analytics for performance.
• Manage system governance, documentation, and user guidelines.
