Job summary

Our Clients in Cebu City is seeking a Head of Business Process & Transformation to lead enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation projects. You will oversee upgrading, redesigning, and streamlining processes across departments, driving governance, and measurable business impact.

The role partners with executive leadership to ensure initiatives align with strategic priorities, with a focus on operational excellence and cross-functional execution across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Management Engineering, Information Systems, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in business process management, business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, or related functions.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end, company-wide process improvement and transformation projects involving multiple departments and functions.
• Strong background in project management, process redesign, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with executive leadership to align transformation initiatives with business priorities.
• Training or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, ISO, QMS, and Project Management are highly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, automotive, or similar industries with multiple branches/sites.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide business process improvement and transformation projects across multiple departments.
• Review workflows, identify gaps, and develop practical solutions to improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and customer experience.
• Apply lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage end-to-end transformation projects: planning, scope, resources, risk, and benefits realization.
• Drive cross-functional execution involving Operations, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, and other units.
• Identify opportunities for automation and IT-enabled solutions to simplify operations.
• Present findings to executive leadership and secure alignment on improvements and impact.
• Establish process governance, SOPs, and documentation standards.
• Lead ISO/QMS initiatives and quality assurance across sites.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate assessments across Head Office and branches to sustain improvements.
