A7 Recruitment Company is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise process transformation across functions in the Philippines.

You will lead initiatives such as value stream mapping, Lean Six Sigma, automation, and governance, partnering with senior management to deliver measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes building capabilities, sustaining results, and ensuring governance through standardized processes and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Management Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in business process management, transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, quality management, project management, or related functions.
• At least five years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation and process-improvement initiatives.
• Strong experience in process redesign, governance, documentation, automation, quality assurance, and change management.
• Experience with VSM, Lean, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, ISO, and Quality Management Systems is highly preferred.
• Experience working directly with senior management or executive stakeholders.
• Experience in a multi-branch, retail, automotive, financial services, distribution, or similarly complex organization is an advantage.
• The ideal candidate is a process-driven, analytical, and customer-focused transformation leader who can identify root causes, redesign how work gets done, enable the right technology, build adoption, strengthen governance, and ensure improvements are sustained across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise process transformation, redesign, simplification, and continuous improvement.
• Drive Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and structured root-cause problem solving.
• Identify and implement process automation, digital solutions, workflow improvements, and IT-enabled business solutions.
• Lead transformation projects, project governance, change management, and benefit realization.
• Improve customer-facing and internal processes to reduce delays, rework, errors, and unnecessary activities.
• Establish process architecture, ownership, policies, SOPs, documentation standards, and process governance.
• Lead ISO, Quality Management System, quality assurance, and process-compliance initiatives.
• Conduct or coordinate Head Office and branch process reviews and monitor corrective actions.
• Establish process KPIs and dashboards covering efficiency, quality, compliance, customer experience, and productivity.
• Orchestrate cross-functional process improvements across Operations, Sales, Finance, Credit and Collection, Supply Chain, HR, IT, and other departments.
• Lead the Business Solutions Transformation and Business Process & Governance teams.
• Define functional and technical competencies for BPT roles and partner with HR/T&D on appropriate training and development programs.
