Job summary

The role requires 8-12+ years in process improvement, mandatory Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, strong data analysis, and excellent stakeholder management. You will mentor teams and help standardize excellence across the company.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading multiple process improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, data visualization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of process improvement projects from ideation to completion using DMAIC and other CI methods.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather data, analyze root causes, and develop action plans.
• Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to map current state processes and design future state solutions.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and quantify impact.
• Mentor teams on Lean and Six Sigma principles and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Document processes and communicate changes clearly across teams.
