Job summary

TaskUs in Manila is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement across the organization. You will lead DMAIC projects, mentor teams, and champion lean Six Sigma methodologies to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with department heads to map processes, develop data-driven dashboards, and present business cases to senior management. A Black Belt is mandatory with 8–12+ years of experience in process transformation.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in process improvement or operational excellence.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading multiple projects with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead DMAIC and other CI initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with department heads to gather data and plan improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to map and redesign processes.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance and impact.
• Mentor teams on Lean and Six Sigma principles.
