Job summary

Accenture Philippines seeks a Senior Manager (ML6) to lead process transformation programs, defining methodologies, governing quality, and coaching senior specialists. You will collaborate with technology and delivery partners to ensure process design aligns with delivery standards and AX Design is embedded across engagements.

You will drive client facilitation, shape transformation roadmaps, and lead team development while expanding the portfolio of strategic initiatives in the region.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Deep industry or function expertise in at least one domain, with ability to apply it to transformation methodology design.
• Proven ability to define and govern team methodology across a client portfolio.
• Experience managing and developing team members in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record facilitating client workshops and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into future state design for clients and ways of working for the full workstream.
• Define the process redesign standard for your industry or function, govern its application across engagements.
• Determine client facilitation approach including discovery workshops and approval governance.
• Manage and develop direct reports; coach senior specialists on process redesign and leadership presentation.
• Connect with technology and delivery partners to ensure process design and platform fit across engagements.
• Define how AX Design is embedded in the team's domain methodology and AI agent experiences.
