Job summary

PRIME Philippines, a leading full-service real estate consultancy, is hiring a Head of Human Resources to design and execute the people strategy that fuels growth, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to build a high-performance culture, drive talent acquisition and development, succession planning, and change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 12–15 years HR experience.
• At least 5 years in senior HR leadership.
• Experience leading transformation and talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the organization's people strategy to support growth, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives across the company.
• Oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and governance to optimize performance.
