Job summary

All Done 88 Construction Orporation is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape people strategies in a dynamic environment. You will drive manpower planning, workforce structure, and streamlined recruitment while handling employee relations and performance management.

The role oversees HR operations, analytics, and compliance across multi-branch operations to ensure sustainable staffing and growth. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of progressive HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Experience in workforce planning and HR analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in retail, financial services, pawnshop, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce requirements.
• Oversee recruitment and selection to ensure quality and timely hiring.
• Manage employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and labor-related concerns.
• Establish and manage performance management systems, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Ensure efficient HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR policies.
• Analyze workforce data, turnover, headcount, productivity, and personnel costs.
• Develop employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Lead and supervise HR teams/functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Operations & Administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
