Qualifications

• Graduate in HRM or psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in HR and Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR, Training and Recruitment Department.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs.
• Oversee HR systems and processes.
• Coach and develop HR, Training and Recruitment Team.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate payroll with Finance and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR letters, contracts and policy updates.
