Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, management or related field is required.
• At least 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial/senior leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the organization's HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to the HR Department.
• Lead manpower planning based on business requirements and expansion.
• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition for key and high-volume roles.
• Develop succession planning and career development programs.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and workplace concerns.
• Oversee performance management systems and establish evaluation processes.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
• Establish learning and development strategy and oversee training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and government requirements.
