Michael Page is seeking a Learning and Development Head to shape talent strategy across a large, diversified Philippine conglomerate. You will lead planning and delivery of L&D activities, identify learning needs, and translate them into actionable development plans.

You'll design programmes aligned with business goals, coordinate schedules and resources, and track outcomes to continuously improve learning. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering L&D programmes.
• Ability to identify learning needs and develop clear development plans.
• Knowledge of training design and delivery methods.
• Coordinate learning schedules, materials and programme logistics.
• Experience tracking learning participation and evaluating programme outcomes.
• Ability to work with stakeholders on workforce development requirements.

Responsibilities
