Job summary

TRUSTERA SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a seasoned IT Operations leader to establish and head the IT Operations division in Makati. You will drive day-to-day activities and long-term initiatives, coordinating across teams to align with business goals.

You will manage developers, project managers, and business analysts, serving as a bridge between technical work and executive strategy, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a programmer or in a related technical role.
• Proven track record of managing development teams, including project managers and business analysts.
• Experience working abroad or with foreign-invested companies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in roles akin to CTO or COO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the IT Operations division, managing day-to-day activities and long-term initiatives.
• Oversee a team of developers, project managers, and business analysts, ensuring efficient collaboration.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and scale IT solutions.
• Manage projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, translating technical insights into business outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to ensure that IT solutions meet business needs and expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
