Job summary

hrtx is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee daily IT operations and lead the IT team in Makati. You will manage infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networks, and security systems to ensure reliability and continuity.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent English communication. This is a full-time onsite position based in Makati, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or infrastructure management.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or managing an IT support team.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud platforms, and IT service management tools.
• Excellent English communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and system‑related issues while meeting established service levels.
• Lead and support the IT team by managing workloads, providing coaching, monitoring performance, and fostering a high‑performing work environment.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud services, endpoint devices, and security systems to ensure reliability and business continuity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to implement IT solutions, support system upgrades, and improve operational processes.
• Manage IT documentation, asset inventory, software licensing, and technical reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards.
