Conexus Staffing & Consultancy Solutions in Metro Manila is seeking an MIS IT Manager to lead MIS and IT operations, driving reliable services and strategic system improvements. You will manage infrastructure, applications, security, and vendor relations while guiding a growing IT/MIS team.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise in MIS, IT security, and project delivery, with a focus on aligning technology with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong background in MIS, IT operations, systems administration, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing business applications, databases, networks, hardware, and other IT systems.
• Experience in IT project management, system implementation, and system integration.
• Knowledge of IT security, data backup, access management, and IT controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in IT team management and people leadership.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company's MIS and IT operations, ensuring reliable and efficient IT services.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, systems, and business applications.
• Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of critical IT systems.
• Oversee MIS to provide accurate and timely information for business decisions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve IT systems, processes, and business applications.
• Lead system implementation, upgrades, integration, and other IT projects.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues and incidents.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Oversee data backup, system security, access controls, and IT risk management.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Prepare IT reports, budgets, and recommendations for management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the IT/MIS team.
• Work with departments to understand requirements and provide technology solutions.
