Job summary

TRUSTERA SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead end-to-end HR operations in Metro Manila. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy development, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

You will manage performance processes, coordinate training, and provide guidance to management on HR best practices, while maintaining confidential records and driving employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Progressive experience in HR Generalist or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, benefits, performance management, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new employees ensuring policy compliance.
• Administer benefits programs such as HMO and government-mandated benefits.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in a fair, timely manner.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
• Manage performance management processes including evaluations and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters and best practices.
• Monitor compliance with HR requirements and coordinate with relevant agencies.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce data for decision-making.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
