Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking an experienced IT Operations Lead to manage day-to-day IT operations, lead a technical team, and ensure system reliability. The role covers administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networks, and cloud platforms, while coordinating with departments and vendors on IT initiatives.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in IT/CS and at least five years in IT operations, including a year of supervisory experience, with strong English communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or IT infrastructure administration.
• At least one (1) year of proven experience in supervising or leading an IT support team.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud technologies, and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
• Strong English communication skills, with demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations by ensuring the prompt resolution of hardware, software, network, and system issues while consistently meeting service level objectives.
• Supervise and mentor the IT team by coordinating workloads, providing guidance and coaching, evaluating performance, and promoting a productive and high‑performing work environment.
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud platforms, endpoint devices, and security solutions to ensure system reliability, security, and business continuity.
• Work closely with internal departments, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver IT initiatives, support system implementations and upgrades, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Oversee IT documentation, asset management, software licensing, and technical reporting while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
