Job summary

CLEVR, a Philippine executive search leader, seeks an HR Digitization Head to drive digital transformation across HR functions. You will lead a team, implement AI-powered HR initiatives, and collaborate with COEs to deliver measurable improvements.

The role emphasizes strategic HR leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to align HR programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant HR leadership experience.
• Proven HR transformation, systems implementation and process improvement.
• Strong project management skills with track record of delivering complex HR initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI applications in HR (talent acquisition, workforce planning, engagement tools).
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Experience in HR Business Partnering, coaching, or AI/Python tools in HR is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals driving digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of HR digitalization programs; explore and integrate AI-powered solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to identify market trends and translate them into HR process and system enhancements.
• Manage all aspects of the HR project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and budget control.
• Ensure HR transformation projects are aligned to organizational goals and deliver measurable business impact.
• Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR function.
