• Partner with Centres of Excellence to identify trends and translate them into scalable HR solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end HR project lifecycle with governance and measurable outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and budget control across programmes.
• Support design workshops, requirements gathering, and deployment of future-state HR processes.
• Align HR transformation initiatives with broader organisational strategy and business objectives.
