This role provides data-driven insights that enable informed business decisions and supports organizational growth. Based in BGC with a hybrid work schedule, this position partners with the Head of HR Digitization on systems, technology and data governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 15–20 years in Total Rewards and HR Analytics, at the Director or senior leadership level.
• Strong experience in workforce analytics, budgeting, financial planning, and executive reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR metrics; proficiency with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce analytics, planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Oversee HR budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization.
• Manage HR policies, labor law compliance, and vendor governance.
• Prepare executive dashboards and reports on workforce and financial performance.
• Advise senior leadership on workforce trends, talent risks, and strategic HR priorities.

Role Overview

The Head of HR Strategy and Analytics leads strategic planning, workforce analytics, financial planning, policy management, and executive reporting for the HR function. This role provides data-driven insights that enable informed business decisions, oversees HR budgeting and workforce planning, and drives predictive analytics to support organizational growth. It serves as the strategic intelligence lead for HR, partnering closely with the Head of HR Digitization on systems, technology, and data governance.
