Job summary

Siemens Energy in Batangas City, Philippines, seeks an Electrical Lead Engineer to support the Maintenance & Technical Support group's Controls & Instrumentation team. You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot advanced electrical issues, and guide technicians to ensure reliability, safety, and plant performance.

The role requires a licensed PRC Electrical Engineer with at least five years in power generation or heavy industry, and extensive HV systems experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrical engineer (PRC) with active license.
• Minimum five years of electrical maintenance experience in power generation or heavy industry.
• Extensive knowledge of HV systems, switchgear, transformers, motors and generators.
• Experience leading a team of technicians and ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.
• Train and supervise technicians, reviewing technical output.
• Collaborate with Controls & Instrumentation to resolve alarms and deviations.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards.
