Job summary

Siemens Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end grid software projects in a fast-paced, international environment. You will champion safe, on-time delivery, manage budgets, and align with quality standards while coordinating with engineering, product management, and regional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, 10+ years of complex software or energy projects, and certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex software, IT, digitalization, or energy-related projects.
• Experience in power systems, utilities, grid software or related digital technologies is highly preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile are advantageous; familiarity with MS Project and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Grid Software projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Be the primary contact for customers, partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Apply project governance and regulatory standards to meet contractual and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with engineering, product management and regional/global teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and growth through effective delivery and knowledge sharing.
