Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in global or multi regional HR operations, employee lifecycle services, People Services or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Work & Life service delivery organization across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a high quality, customer‑focused experience.
• Own the global service strategy and operating model for Work & Life, balancing global standards with local requirements and regulatory needs.
• Drive transformation through AI, automation and digital tooling to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• Establish clear service performance measures and use data to continuously improve service quality and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee relationships with external partners and manage budgets and resources to align with strategic priorities.
