Job summary

Responsibilities

• Actively engages with regions to understand their needs and challenges.
• Analyzes performance drivers to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develops and implements tailored Rewards solutions for regional requirements.
• Drives continuous improvement via benchmarking and KPI trends across regions.
• Ensures SOX-compliant delivery of services in Rewards.
• Builds a Global Rewards strategy aligned with the People Services agenda.
• Designs and implements the Rewards service delivery model and end-to-end process framework.
• Drives global standardization to improve efficiency and employee experience.
