Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned Head of Workforce Planning to lead the firm's planning function, ensuring data integrity and strategic capacity models.

You will drive Workday data hygiene, partner with executives, and oversee onshore and offshore teams in a hybrid setup with required onsite presence initially. Night shifts may be required as part of global coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of workforce planning, FP&A, people analytics, or related discipline with team leadership.
• Hands-on Workday experience preferred.
• Experience designing workforce or capacity models and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging offshore teams and automation to scale operations.
• Eastern time zone availability; travel to Atlanta or New York as needed.
• Hybrid work: 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH; full-time onsite during first 2 months.
• Night shift schedule suitability.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the firm’s workforce planning function across data integrity and workforce strategy.
• Lead Workday data cleanup leveraging offshore resources and automation.
• Develop workforce models and scenario analyses to quantify offshoring and automation impact.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable value.
• Define and track KPIs for data quality and workforce planning effectiveness.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team spanning onshore and offshore resources.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
