Job summary

The Outforce is seeking a Workforce Coordinator in a full-time Philippines role. You will lead workforce analytics, support forecasting and scheduling, and drive efficiency across sites with data-driven insights.

You will coach WFM Analysts and Supervisors to ensure consistent practices and strong cross-functional collaboration. You must have several years in Workforce Management, with proven forecasting and capacity planning skills, plus advanced Excel and BI tooling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Workforce Management, including leadership of WFM Analysts and Supervisors.
• Forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling experience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and support decision-making through data.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of WFM strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead workforce analytics and performance reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Support implementation and maintenance of WFM tools including forecasting and scheduling systems.
• Partner with Operations and Planning to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Analyze workforce data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities affecting efficiency and service levels.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Build stakeholder relationships to align on workforce objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and guide WFM Analysts and Supervisors to ensure consistent practices.
• Support change management and adoption of new WFM processes and tools.
